As an analyst within Medtronic’s financial department, I participate in many projects: integrating new acquired companies, opening a new distribution center, changing the accounting structure for the whole International region. It’s all very dynamic and challenging and I collaborate with a lot of different people. It’s those people and the atmosphere that make the difference for me. For instance at the year-end close, my colleagues and I work night and day to meet our deadlines. Our strong team spirit pulls us through and actually makes this a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
I love working for Medtronic, I can contribute to something very important and I feel right at home within the diversity of the people that work here. If it’s up to me, I am definitely going to retire from here!
