In fact, maintaining a good balance of diverse people is so important to our success that our CEO developed annual Inclusion Awards. They recognize individuals, businesses, and departments that are attracting and retaining a diverse mix of highly talented employees.
In addition to internal diversity-promoting programs, we also have external programs to help eliminate disparities in device treatment, so that patient access to our therapies is not based on race, ethnicity, or gender.
